Precision grounded in how systems are used and flown, not just designed.

The company is led by Celine D. Kluzek — an aerospace engineer and ATP-rated pilot, bringing a rare combination of technical depth and firsthand flight experience to every project.

Results without the overhead, ramp-up time, or long-term commitment of a new employee.

KASIE Consulting was built on the simple belief: placing the right expert at the right moment moves a project further and faster than adding another full-time hire. For medium and large companies, that means bringing in a consultant who delivers results on the specific task at hand, within the planned budget.

Our organization, communication, and empathy can transform how teams work together and solve problems.

We believe women bring a powerful perspective to engineering.
